Have you ever tried to talk to someone who is not listening to you?
‘God, speak to me.’
and there was i, busy with other things. Not even giving an ear. There but not there.
‘Why do i feel like i can’t communicate with some people?’
‘Do you feel like they are not interested in what you have to say? That they have too much on their minds? Too much that you can’t have a proper conversation with them?’
and there, what G said caught me. I have not been listening. There’s always too much on my mind.
‘I want you to be like Mary, like Samuel…’
